asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, in the light of the security guarantees they advanced to non-nuclear signatories of the non-proliferation treaty in 1968, they have expressed to the United States administration any view of US-led Team Spirit exercise recently commenced in South Korea involving 120,000 troops, as damaging to the mutual confidence which is essential between the two parts of the Korean peninsula if there is to be a nuclear free zone in the area.

No. It would be misleading to try to make linkage between this routine, annual defensive exercise and a nuclear-free Korean peninsula.
