To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will publish an estimate of the return on investment in the THORP project based on(a) a 10 per cent. discount rate, (b) a 12 per cent. discount rate, (c) an 8 per cent. discount rate including interest during construction, (d) a 10 per cent. discount rate, including interest during construction and (e) a 12 per cent. discount rate, including interest during construction.

To ask the President of the Board of Trade to what extent his Department will be using the Touche Ross report in its assessment of the future of THORP; and if he will make a statement.
