§ Mr. EggarIn the last year, my Department has launched a number of market tests in areas which could be described as providing a professional service. The full list of tests was published in "The Citizen's Charter, First report: 1992"—Cm 2101. These tests are due to be completed by September 1993. Information on the forward market: testing programme is unavailable as it is still under preparation.
