§ Mr. BaldryThe Building Research Establishment—BRE—has not submitted specific designs for energy-efficient buildings to the European network of building institutes—ENBRI—BRE is, however, leading an ENBRI working group which is developing an approach to the environmental assessment of building across Europe based on the Building Research Establishment assessment method.
