To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when he intends to issue details of the integrated administration and control system scheme; and if he will make a statement.

§ Sir Hector Monro
On current printing schedules, the issue of details of the integrated administration and control scheme to Scottish farmers will commence on Monday 22 March. Most farmers will have the literature on or before 26 March.
