To ask the President of the Board of Trade what steps he is taking to introduce transparency of accounting measures in relation to receipts from the European structural fund.

From 1 April the Government will be implementing new arrangements to make available automatically public expenditure cover to account in full for forecast receipts from the European regional development fund.
