§ Mr. McLoughlinThe National Training Partnership Ltd. is a non profit-making company, limited by guarantee, whose board of directors is made up of individuals drawn from TECs, national organisations and independent bodies such as the CBI. Its primary business function is to provide a central contracting service to national providers of training and TECs. The company is currently involved in contract negotiations and plans to become fully operational in April 1993.
