§ Mr. McLoughlinIn 1993–94 the majority of TECs will receive between 25 and 40 per cent. of their training for work funding in the form of output-related payments for job placements and national vocational qulifications. Payment to providers is a matter for the TECs and they are not required to pass on to providers their funding arrangements with TEED.
