§ Mr. NorrisBetween the years 1979 and 1986, road improvement schemes in the city of Westminster were the responsibility of the Greater London council or Westminster city council. The information on schemes during this period is not readily available and can only be provided at disproportionate cost. Since 1986 local roads have been the sole responsibility of Westminster city council. The following amounts of expenditure have been accepted for transport supplementary grant for the relevant financial years:—

This is the A404 Harrow Road/Ladbroke Grove widening scheme being carried out jointly by Westminster council and the Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The following amounts of expenditure have been accepted for this scheme in Westminster for the relevant financial years:—
