§ Mr. Neil HamiltonOnce. In 1977 inspectors were appointed to investigate the affairs of Gilgate Holdings Limited and they submitted their final report on 8 April 1991. The accountant inspector was subsequently criticised in a report on Ramor Investments Limited, published in 1983.
