To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 11 February,Official Report, column 779, if he will set out the approximate number of bandsmen employed on (a) Operation Corporate and (b) Operation Granby.

No Army bandsmen were deployed on Operation Corporate. On Operation Granby approximately 940 individual Army bandsmen were deployed.
