§ The Attorney-GeneralThe lawyers management unit in the Treasury Solicitor's Department, for which I have ministerial responsibility, has a co-ordinating role in advising the Civil Service Commissioners, and the employing Departments, on any questions relating to the qualifications requried by Government lawyers in England and Wales.
