§ Mr. Archie HamiltonNo. The current procedures are well established and all service personnel are aware that behaviour of this kind will not be tolerated. Any allegation or complaint of bullying or suspected bullying brought to the attention of a commanding officer is investigated. Depending on the strength of the evidence, disciplinary action will be taken against the alleged offenders.
