To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what limitations have been placed on humanitarian aid to Bosnia following the Washington agreement.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

The joint action programme agreed in Washington on 22 May 1993 has placed no limitations on humanitarian aid to Bosnia.
