§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe have committed some £8 million in aid to Vietnam since our programme resumed in 1990. It is focused on reintegration of the returning migrants and support for economic reform. We are sending a mission to Vietnam next month to discuss an expansion of technical co-operation.
