When amending regulations will be introduced in Wales to extend environmental assessment to additional projects, including wind farms, following the announcement on 16th December 1992 of its intention to amend the Town and Country Planning (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1988 to incorporate seven new categories of project including wind generations.
