§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health (Baroness Cumberlege)The Government have recently received independent advice from the Plastics and Burns Speciality Review Group. We have asked South West Thames Regional Health Authority to take account of these recommendations during its current review of acute services in south-west London. The regional health authority is expected to bring forward proposals for the future disposition of these services by the end of December. It would not be appropriate to prejudge the outcome of this review and any proposals which emerge from it.
