asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, they, together with other members of the International Atomic Energy Agency, are examining the propriety of putting into orbit the Russian-supplied Topaz-2 nuclear reactor, which is currently being considered by the ballistic missile defence organisation (formerly the strategic defence initiative organisation) in Washington.

We are not aware of any plans to consider this issue at the International Atomic Energy Agency.
