To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what was the total budget of the Welsh Development Agency in 1990–91, 1991–92; and 1992–93 and what proportion of this was allocated to the north Wales office.

Mr. Redwood

The budget for the three financial years is shown in the Welsh Office departmental report, a copy of which is in the Library of the House.

The agency's budget is allocated according to functions and programmes rather than geographic areas.
