§ Mr. ForthThere is no statutory definition of these terms and the Department has not attempted to define full-time or part-time nursery education as such for statistical purposes. In its published pupil statistics it distinguishes those nursery pupils who usually attend for the length of the school day throughout the week, from those—the majority—who attend on mornings or afternoons only or on some other pattern.
