Mr. Morgan

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to paragraph 9.08 of the Welsh Office report, "Government Expenditure Plans 1993–94 to 1995–96, Cm. 2215", if he will place a copy in the Library of the October 1992 report on health promotion and the subsequent action plan.

Mr. Gwilym Jones

The action plan is still under consideration. Publication of the scrutiny report and the Welsh Office's response will be addressed when that consideration is complete.
