§ Mr. Gwilym JonesSeven health authority members and two national health service trust non-executive directors were elected members of a principal local authority in Wales at the time of their appointment. Since local authorities are not required to notify the Department about changes to their membership, the Welsh Office does not have a record of changes in elected member status for these or other health authority members and trust non-executive directors following appointment.
