§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Baroness Denton of Wakefield)The Government recently published a booklet giving guidance on measuring the cost of compliance with measures. The guidance is primarily for officials in departments and agencies who are involved in the development of implementation of policy. It is also intended to help business organisations and individual businesses which wish to contribute fully to consultation exercises. I shall ensure that my noble friend receives a copy.
