§ Mr. SackvilleThe Wessex regional health authority has taken into account all the recommendations of the district auditor set out in paragraph 93 of the report in the public interest published in July 1992; and has referred to Hampshire fraud squad all material on regional information systems plan, including all the information provided in confidence by the district auditor. The only recommendation which has not been implemented is, after reference to independent legal advice, the one regarding the possibility of taking legal action against Arthur Andersen and IBM.
