Whether they will list the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council with which Israel has failed to comply, either wholly or in part.

The Israelis have been involved in negotiations with the Arabs since October 1991 on the basis of Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338. Israel has not complied with Security Council Resolution 799 which calls for the safe and immediate return of the Palestinian deportees. There are a number of other resolutions dealing with deportations with which Israel has not complied. Israel has failed to comply with repeated calls by the Security Council to apply the terms of the Fourth Geneva Convention to the territories occupied in 1967, notably Security Council Resolutions 237 and 681. A large number of Security Council resolutions, most significantly 425, call upon Israel to withdraw from Lebanon.
