§ Sir Wyn RobertsI understand that the resignation of Mr. Frank Elliott, the head of Cwmcarn grant-maintained school, is to take effect from 31 December 1993. The reasons for his departure are a matter between him and his employers, the governing body of the school. The responsibility for any financial settlement is that of the governing body, although my Department is making a contribution through a special purpose grant for staff restructuring.
