§ Mr. ForthIn the financial year 1990–91, the Government car service for Ministers cost the Department £134,191.00, including value added tax, for five vehicles. There will in addition have been a cost to the Department in transporting ministerial boxes and other papers to Ministers; it is unfortunately not possible to disaggregate this figure from other costs.
