Member for South Shields;
(2) pursuant to his answer to the hon. and learned Member for Fife, North-East (Mr. Campbell) of 23 November, Official Report, column 42, and his answer to the hon. Member for Linlithgow (Mr. Dalyell) of 29 November, Official Report, column 377, on what basis Mr. David Hart was given a briefing by the Chief of the Air Staff on a visit to RAF Strike Command on 27 May.
§ Mr. HanleyBriefings on the RAF are given from time to time to Members of Parliament, academics and members of the media who have shown a special interest in defence matters. It was on this basis that Mr. Hart was given a briefing at Headquarters Strike Command on 27 May. I would be happy, similarly, to arrange a briefing for the hon. Member.
