§ Mr. HanleyThe information requested in respect of MOD executive non-departmental public bodies—NDPB's—is as follows
(a) and (b) the public does not have a statutory right to attend board meetings or committee meetings or to inspect the minutes of meetings of any of MOD's executive NDPBs.(c) there is a statutory right for the public to inspect the annual accounts for all the service museums and for the annual report and accounts in respect of the Services Sound and Vision Corporation.These documents are held by the Charities Commission and at Companies House respectively. In the case of the Oil and Pipelines Agency, the agency's annual report and accounts are laid before each House of Parliament.
