§ Mr. StewartThe Town and Country Planning (Notification of Applications) (Scotland) Direction 1.980 was issued in August 1980. Since then, the Secretary of State has called in four notified applications for developments in national scenic areas. These were
an application for a hill track at Little Gruinard;two applications for housing development at Kelton, Dumfries and Galloway; andan application for seven houses on the foreshore at Ballachulish.
