§ Mr. Llew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many men aged 16 to 64 years were registered as unemployed on 1 May 1992, 1 May 1991 and 1 May 1990 in(a) Blaenau Gwent, (b) Wales and (c) England; how many of them had been unemployed for more than six months and for more than 12 months; how many registered unemployed claimants in (i) Blaenau Gwent, (ii) Wales and (iii) England fail to qualify for unemployment benefit; and if she will present the unemployment figures as a percentage of all economically active males and provide comparable figures for unemployment rates and benefit entitlement for females.
