To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many milk producers in Wales currently deal with the Milk Marketing Board.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what discussions he has had with the National Farmers Union and the Farmers Union of Wales in Wales concerning the future of the Milk Marketing Board; and if he will make a statement.

I am in regular contact with the National Farmers Union and the Farmers Union of Wales and both unions have responded to the consultation document on the future of the England and Wales Milk Marketing Board. These responses will be considered along with others I have received.
