Mr. Redmond

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the numbers of patients waiting for in-patient treatment on 31 March for each individual health authority(a) in total and (b) by main speciality for periods (i) under 12 months, (ii) 12 to 24 months and (iii) over 24 months.

The available information on waiting lists in Wales as at 31 March 1992 was published in "Welsh Hospital Waiting List Bulletin: 1992 No. 2" on 23 September and a copy has been placed in the Library of the House.

The percentage of in-patients waiting over 12 months are shown in tables 1.1–1.10 and those waiting over 24 months are shown in table 2.1.
