§ Sir Wyn RobertsAll local authorities in Wales operate concessionary fares schemes which give discount rates to pensioners. Those allowing free travel are Cardiff city council for persons over 75 years of age and Rhuddlan borough council which provides a free bus service for pensioners holding concessionary passes.
