In particular, subject to 678W parliamentary approval, a Supplementary Estimate of £42 million is being sought to provide funds for the Welsh Fourth Channel Authority, as well as an Estimate for an increase in administration costs. Assets accepted in lieu of tax will continue to be a claim on the Reserve.
