To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Ceredigion and Pembroke, North (Mr. Dafis) of 27 October,Official Report, column 540, when he now expects the United Kingdom to ratify the treaty on climate change agreed at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.
