§ Sir Hector MonroThe Forestry Commission owns and operates 2,239 road vehicles, of which 50 use unleaded petrol and 1,950 use diesel. The other 239, which use leaded petrol, will be replaced with diesel vehicles over the coming year. About one quarter of the servicing and maintenance of the commission's vehicles is carried out by the private sector.
