§ Mr. EggarDetails of the Commission's spending proposals for 1993 are given in its preliminary draft budget —COM(92)140-EN—published on 15 June 1992. Copies of this document have been deposited in the Library of the House. It should be noted that Euratom is a treaty and not a single programme, as the other three are. The Government's contribution to these programmes is not separately identifiable as it forms part of the United Kingdom's general contribution to the European Community budget.
