§ Mr. MacleanA copy of the Environment White Paper "This Common Inheritance", which set out the United Kingdom's strategy on carbon dioxide emissions and a first tranche of measures to limit emissions, was sent to the Commission last year. My right hon. Friend expects to send the Commission an update on this strategy shortly.
