§ Mr. MacleanThe Department's Energy Efficiency Office already provides guidance on energy efficient lighting to domestic consumers, the public sector and industry and commerce through its best practice programme. The current "Helping the Earth at Home" domestic campaign also describes the merits of energy efficient lighting in its literature.
