§ Mr. BaldryStatistics of mortgage arrears and possessions are collected by the Council of Mortgage Lenders. The figures for the first half of 1992, to be published shortly, will incorporate details of "voluntary possessions", which include those arising as a consequence of abandonment by their former occupiers.
