To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) if he will outline the advice he sought when drawing up the Sheep Scab (Revocation) Order 1992; and if he will place it in the Library;

(2) if he will list the organisations he consulted when drawing up the Sheep Scab (Revocation) Order 1992; and if he will show which of those agreed with his final proposals.
