§ The Prime Minister[holding answer 9 July 1992]: United Nations Security Council resolution 748 established a sanctions committee to oversee the efficient implementation of the sanctions against Libya. The committee relies on member states to provide its information on national enforcement of the regime and in highlighting any reported breaches. It has met eight times to date.
