§ Mr. Kenneth Carlisle[holding answer 10 July 1992]: The Government have approached representative organisations for their views on a consultative draft of the regulations. We have also been awaiting possible regulatory developments in the European Community. The draft regulations are currently being revised to take account of progress in both these areas, and I expect to make them later this year.
