§ Mr. Kenneth Carlisle[holding answer 10 July 1992]: Bodies for which my right hon. Friend is responsible, and their audit arrangements are listed in "Public Bodies 1991", a copy of which is in the Library of the House. Since the entries were prepared, the only executive body then not subject to audit by the National Audit Office, the Red Sea Lights Company, has been dissolved and a new non-departmental public body, the Traffic Director for 411W London. has been established. The latter will be audited by private accountants to be appointed by competitive tender. The initial appointment will be for two years.
