§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleConstruction of A91 commenced in January 1985. Following the discovery during commissioning of corrosion in pipework and vessels a full investigation into the causes of the problem was launched. As a result of this investigation further studies are necessary to assess a range of possible actions. Consequently, remedial work has not yet started and we are unable to estimate when the building will become fully operational.
