§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe Ministry of Defence has links with a wide range of universities and polytechnics including contracts and agreements for technical and non-technical research, involvement in Link projects, and funding for joint grants made with the research councils. The Ministry also supports the Centre for Defence Studies at the university of London.
