asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, as indicated by US Deputy Secretary of State Mr. Eagleburger in a recent television programme "The Washington Version", the possibility that the United States would in some circumstances have used chemical and/or biological weapons against the Iraqis during the Gulf War was covered in advance by agreement among all the allies including the United Kingdom.

I do not believe that Mr. Eagleburger indicated any such possibility in his remarks during the television programme "The Washington Version".
