(3) if he will publish a table showing the proportions of full-time female manual workers, full-time female 462W non-manual workers and all full-time female workers with earnings excluding overtime of less than £190 per week in (a) Strathclyde, (b) Grampian, (c) Fife and (d) Scotland as a whole.
