To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects publication of the full report of the inspector of railways into the railway accident at Walton-on-the-Naze which occurred on 12 August 1987.

Mr. Freeman

The Health and Safety Executive expects to publish the inspector's report on 21 December.
